Default problem in moving my contact from my SIII to Note 2

good day everybody,

i exported my contacts to my SD card. then i moved my SD card from my Siii to my new Note 2. i was trying to import my contact from my SD card but i got this message "file not supported"

both the Siii and the note 2 have this .VCF (extension) of the contact file. but i can not understand what the problem is!!! and i am not contactless and waiting for a miracle to happen to get my contact back

any suggestions?

thanks a lot

Why don't you just send your contacts to Google? On your SIII, just import the vcf files into "google account". Then sign in on your Note 2, and voila, the contacts start transferring.

Go to a PC, login to Gmail, and look at your contacts there.
