Default Transfer App Data?

I know you can transfer Apps from one device to another, but is there a way to transfer the data that those Apps accumulate? I.E. game saves and achievements, notes from note-taking Apps, etc

There are a variety of tools, but you'll need to be rooted.

This one is pretty easy, and it sync up with dropbox to keep your apps on ALL devices sync'd, if you buy the paid version.

Otherwise you have to do it manually, which will work for your xfer.

Also depends on what kind of apps we are talking about. Some games have the ability to backup online, For example, my progress in Inotia 3 is synced between my phone and tablet, as well as my Subway Surfer scores. Some have backup apps like Angry Birds Backup. Still others allow a backup file export I think.

Notes app also depends on the apps themselves. Some like Evernote at Springpad sync online, so you can view them across devices. Others allow an export feature into a backup file to transfer between devices. It would be best to mention your phone model and what apps exactly we are talking about.
