Default non market apps

Prior to the last update to Android ver: 2.3.5 there was a setting to install non market apps. Since the upgrade I've been unable to find the setting. Does anyone know if it still exists and where to find it?

I'm on an HTC Inspire with AT&T.

Thanks
Carson

It should be in System settings > Security.
