Default View more than 30 days of email - Galaxy S3

Can somebody please tell me how to view more than 30 days of emails with the GS3? Thanks.

"load more message" does not appear even after taking the battery out and restarting. I really don't want to reset this phone, but after four crashes in three weeks and an alarming amount of freezing, I might just do that.

FWIW, the inability to load more than 30 days of mail occurred on the same day I rolled into my second 30 day billing cycle with verizon. Prior to that, I had no problems viewing more than 30 days.

If you are using Gmail i know you can go into the Settings then click on your account name, within there under Data Usage is an option to change the days of sync...I don't know how many days it can go up to, but it certainly can go more than 30
