I have whatsapp installed on my phone since Oct. It added the option to my conatcts as it should. Fine!

Recently(yesterday) i installed a birthday reminder which syncs FB and my contacts into a single list. However if people on FB had not added their DOB or if i have not added their DOB it gave me a pop-up dialog box. So i edited 2 contacts via the app itself.

Here the problem started. I viewed those two contacts and they showed multiple DOBs of the same date. Under edit they showed one. So I decided to remove the contact and the B'Day app. I re-added the contacts on my phone but now they dnt show me the whatsapp and skype icon/ac along with their account. Please help.


PS: I have a Samsung Galaxy S Duos (India) S7562

Have you since then just tried resyncing your contacts in the Settings > Sync?

Yes i have. But my phone has only sync start and off options. It is continuously in sync. So i switched off the sync and then started it again, but in vain. Please help
