Default using bluetooth during airplane mode
I need something that will allow me to do this with the droid. Please help.

Sorry, it's never going to happen. Bluetooth transmits radio frequency and Airplane mode turns off radio transmission. The only radio function that will work in Airplane mode is GPS, because it only listens and does not transmit.
