Hi Folk...I currently have a new Samsung G2 (I9100) phone which I am quite happy with . However before the SG2 I had bought a 2nd Hand Samsung G1 (i9000) from a friend that had been rooted and had SG2 op system installed on it. It was not till I got my SG2 that I really noticed how slow the SG1 had been . So recently I did a Format SD Card on the VERY slow SG1 because it was full of a lot of old garbage from my friends days and myself. I had also installed GO Launcher, because the standard launcher was getting so slow. Now when I start my old SG1 I get the opening tune and flash display, it tries to launch (still with the SG2 i9100 software), but just struggles. Very occasionally I can get to the screen where I can swipe it to open or mute etc. But as soon as I swipe it to open the screen appears all Blank/Black. The time and status bar up the top appear, but that's it. I think I am pretty much up the creek with this phone . But if not can someone throw some tips my way. It would be very appreciated. Want to give it to a relly to use as an Audio Book. Thanking You
