Hi, I have an imac and am trying to transfer music to my new android galaxy s3. I haven't had any luck with any of the transfer methods using a mac. Is it possible for me to transfer my music to a usb flash stick, and stick it in a pc, and sync to my Android. Is that possible? Would the transfer method be too slow?

It would work but is fiddly to do. The easiest way I found was by using drop box, that way I transferred everything to multiple devices without having to connect anything to a PC.

Bluetooth would be awfully slow for such large file transfers. Cloud storage like Dropbox, Google Drive or others would work well.

But why not just use a direct connection via USB cable and the SG3 in mass storage mode?

Ok thanks. I'll give Google drive a try.

I use a PC and I just connect my SGS3 via USB as a removable drive and then just drag and drop my music to it.
