Samsung SII Voice Command/Hands Free Devices

Recently got a Samsung Galaxy SII which is made in UK. Tried to use Motorola Elite Silver hands free. It pairs, receives calls, but will not recognize voice commands to make calls. Any suggestions? Thanks!
