Default Can I buy a Sprint Galaxy Note 2, at retail price, and connect it to MetroPCS

Last time I checked, they both run on CDMA networks, so can would I be able to do it???

You should be able to, Metro uses Sprint's network. The only real hurdle is unlocking it that I can think of.

How how does the unlocking procedure work? How much will I have to pay?

I'm not sure. I've never attempted to unlock a CDMA phone. I believe there is also some type of software that has to be flashed for a CDMA phone to work on a different network.
