Default Not getting notifications on my Galaxy S2
Hey everyone! I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I'm not getting notifications for any app that uses internet, unless I'm connected to wifi. Apps such as Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and games I play online don't give me notifications when using my data. When I get home and wifi connects I get spammed with all these notifications lol. Im running the latest firmware version.
Anyone know how to fix this?

What carrier are you on, sound like your data is not working properly when you are away from WiFi ?? Have you tried posting in your device forum to see what others say there ?? You may simply need to update your device data, or call your carrier and have them send a refresh signal.

This...and sometimes data works weird and their are settings in those apps to only sync over Wifi, make sure this isn't checked.

Otherwise, it does sometimes take awhile for notifications to push through on data...

Im on Virgin Mobile (in Australia). My data seems to be working fine as I can use these apps when I actually open them. Tried turning notifications on in Facebook with no success
