I have tried to be a responsible user for android, but being responsible can only go so far without asking some questions. So my question is, if there is no privacy policy or link for a terms of service on an application's page of the play store, does the policy still count?

For example: Shadowgun does not have a privacy policy or terms of service for it's game on the play store. It does, however, have a EULA and a privacy policy on it's own website. Should I disregard this listing on their website, or should I accept these documents as required to use the application?

I would think that if you choose to use the app, you are accepting the ToS for it.

The only problem I have with that is I cannot tell which apps have a ToS and privacy policy and which ones don't. Certain ones, like the example that I used in the original post, are easy to find and choose, but some sites can make it a challenge to find these documents. It makes for many situations that make me feel like I am not sure I am reading all of the documents I am agreeing to.
