What is this? It's draining some of my battery and I don't even know what is it.. my friend has the same phone but doesn't have this.

I tried to freeze it, but it's still draining some battery. Seems to be related to bluetooth even if it's off.

Cannot find infos on this. Is it safe to delete this with titanium backup?

I had a battery-drain prob after downloading a very large number of map tiles for an app that stored each tile as a separate file.

The drain was by a system component that needed to scan all files. Cannot recall if it was the 'Map' service, but it might be worth looking in to.
