Blur is no more. Moto has moved closest to stock Android in their newest phones. If you are looking for as close to a stock experience as you can get without a Nexus, get a Moto. I personally prefer some of the features added from skins. Touchwiz camera software is by far the best available. Touchwiz has S Voice, pop out video, and face recognition for keeping the screen on. Some of these can be replicated with apps, but if you want it out of the box, go Touchwiz.
I run a touchwiz based ROM with Apex launcher to get the best of both worlds.
