It doesn't really matter Im perturbed by an unusual icon which appeared. After tethering can't seem to find it on the help list its a strange rope looking thing it doesn't really matter just disruptingly curious every time I look at phone. Cant see where would be on settings- anyone?

Likely that is your NFC icon

Settings > more > NFC

Toggle that off and see if it goes away
