How to check my phone CPU (min/max frequency), Governor via PC

Hello!

I need to know are there any computer (Windows OS) application that can show my android device current CPU minimum and maximum frequency with the governor?

I need to do this type of things, because of I want to overclock my CPU when I'm running a selected apps (heavy games), I'm trying to do it with the Tasker app, I want to verify tasker actually overclock the CPU when I'm running the selected apps.

I try to check CPU information with the Android SDK Dalvik debug monitor's system info option. But it doesn't show anything.

You need a rooted device for that, and then you can install no frills CPU tool which tells you all that, and lets you over clock if you have an overclocking kernel installed.

Thank you fried your replay. Yes I already have a rooted+Custom kernel phone. I think tasker can also overclock CPU, but I need to verify it actually do it when i run selected apps. So that I ask are there any computer application for check CPU frequency?
