Default Vibrate Setting Problem

my phone keeps vibrating for notifications while I'm on a call. I've turned off the call alerts in call settings but it still vibrates when I get an email or text. I don't want this to happen while I'm on a call. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and can't figure this out. I do want the phone to vibrate when receiving emails, but not when I'm on a call. Anyone know what setting to do this with?

Thanks in advance ^_^

First off welcome to the forums

If you go into the Default Text Messaging app and within the Settings > Notifications there is a Check box that says: "Vibrate while in call" disable that.

Hope this helps!

You can also disable that in call settings.

I'm not seeing the "vibrate while in call" setting. I went into messaging and then settings and found the notification settings but that particular option is not there. For the time being I have turned off the vbibration setting for both texts and emails but I would really like to figure out how to have it vibrate and ring normally, and not notify at all while on a call. I have also turned off the alerts while on call in the call settings but it still keeps happening.
