Default Looking for a new Android phone to replace mine

Ok, so, I upgraded from an incredible 2 to the incredible 4g. I dropped it in a puddle about 2-3 months in to owning it, and because they salted the roads (snow) the puddle was full of salt. A bowl of rice was not going to save this. The insides corroded like no other.

So that phone was dead. I switched back to my Incredible 2, and just the other day, lost it. It's in a parking lot somewhere. Can't find it anywhere. Needed to be replaced anyway. Could barely turn it on, the power button was so dead. Needed serious pushing power to hit the button.

So I ask you all, what phone should I get now? The inc4g is on ebay for about $200 used. I may do that. $200 is pretty much my budget. I don't want a Galaxy Nexus. My friend had one and went through 8 verizon refurbs before they finally gave him a new one. That broke too, so they gave him a GS3. (hes not hard on phones at all, the nexus just blows)

So my budget is about $200, carrier is Verizon. What phone should I get? 4.7inch is my limit. The note is toooooo big.

Wish the Nexus 4 was on verizon >.<

I assume you don't have an upgrade available?

Or do you? Since you mentioned the note?

Big difference in quality of phone you can get for $200 depending on if you have an upgrade available for not.

No upgrade. Used the upgrade getting the inc4g in the first place. I mentioned the note because I mentioned 4.7 is the largest screen I would prefer. Notes are waaay too wide.
