Default Is it possible to make a folder?

I use HTC Desire C, it's my first android phone and I have a problem with making folders. I know how to make one on my home screen, but I was wondering if it was possible to make one in the main app menu? I have almost full 5 pages of apps now, and I would like to make a few folders just to be a bit more organized. Like a games folder, internet related stuff, useful apps like an alarm clock, a flashlight, navigation and such... Is there a way to do this?

Yes that is possible. I dont know on which android version your phone is running but this it is how it is done on my phone: go to main app menu, press settings(not the app), now a bar appears where you can select 'edit', make a new folder.

I know 3rd party launchers such as Apex allow you to create new groups in the app drawer. Groups show aross the top as tabs (Apps, downloads, Widgets, etc)

Android version says 4.0.3 and in the app menu i have these options: upper screen - search, store play, or google play, whatever it's called, my phone is set on Croatian language, and menu

And 3 tabs in bottom of the screen - all, frequent or favorites and downloads.

When I press menu I can sort my apps by name and date (newest or oldest), I can share apps, I can edit the 3 bottom tabs and I can go to the settings menu where I can uninstall apps.
Yeah, so I'll probably need a 3rd party app for that as well.

Then im afraid they removed this function in ICS. I just tried it on my tablet which is running ICS and I cant seem to find the option for making a folder neither.
