Default Speech to text - # symbol ???

I can't for the life of me find out how (or if it's just not possible) to have the # symbol translate in speech to text.
If it's not possible, seems like an oversight considering how common "tagging" has become with Twitter and what-not.

Anyone know the magic command to create a number symbol (#) using speech to text on Android?

Thanks!

I never use speech to text but the only guesses I would have would be:
  • pound
  • pause
  • hash/hashtag
I can't think of anything else I've heard it referred to as.
