Question External Mic for Android

Hey,

I just installed an app to use my phone as a wireless microphone but I am looking to use a headset with it like the one below, the problem is all phones (that I have noticed) have TRRS connections and this mic only has a TRS, where as most connections on microphones are TS. Can a TRS plug work and if not do you know of an adapter I can use?

Currently I can use normal hands free earphones as a mic (as you would expect) so any help would be more than appreciated. I do not know if it makes a difference but this is for use with a HTC Desire (Bravo).
