Default Transfer data between to android tablet

Hi all,

I have a asus tranformer prime with lots music, video, app, notes,books etc...
I am selling it to get a nexus 10. how to i get to transfer all my data from the asus to the nexus?

apps you can just re-install from the market.

files you can save to a cloud service...and then copy back.

dropbox is great, but only gives you 2GB free
Mediafire gets you 50GB free.

you can get these apps in the playstore. or check out my sig
