Default Comments on Android 1.5 SDK r3

Hello everybody,
I wanted to knw opinion of the members frm the community the comparison between android 1.1 SDK and 1.5 SDK.
Also hd anyone tried out Android 1.5 SDK r3 ?
How wud u rate it from developer's perspective ??

I am not a developer, but I am sure that rev 3 has backwark capability for 1.1 and therefore is the best choice .... and with API for cupcake why would someone want to limit themselves with an SDK that is not up-to-date ?
