I am new to Android and some general questions
I have Windows 7 64-bit. What versions of Java, eclipse, Adroid SDK, etc I need to install. Also I would like to buy a cheap android device to test my applications instead of virtual one, do you know of any one that is good and easy for testing. Any point/guide to a clean installation and settings would be also helpful.
