Default Kyocera Rise 3G Probs.

Hello there,

For about the past 3 weeks, my rise has not been connecting to the 3g network. I have had the phone sense January and have had no probs. I have downloaded some 3g connection help apps and none of them have worked. When i have tryed to run the 3g test and it nevers ends running. also my friend hasthe same phone in the same city and has no probs with the 3g network, i ahve had some badluck with this phone, bad battery from the start, and now the 3g prob. Any thoughts of how to fix this?

Hi ImOnTV. Sorry to hear you are having problems. You might try doing a hard reboot of the phone by pulling the battery and then reinstalling and powering up. Sometimes something as simple as that will fix a nagging problem. Honestly, with your bad battery history your phone could likely gain from a factory reset. I know it's a pain to do but It will most likely fix your connection problems and improve your battery situation as well. Best of luck to you and welcome to Android Forums.
