Default whats the "mini" mean when it comes to a browser?

hey fellaz me again

I'm assuming that mini means smaller app size rite? total Mega bites

does it cut down on different functions etc...

plz explain

Basically yes it cuts down on functions. For example, dolphin mini doesn't have flash support, or add-ons. full dolphin has.
