Default Will an Android device work through a KVM switch?

Howdy,

First post here.

Not sure if any folks on the forum have tried this yet, but I am basically asking whether it is possible to use a KVM switch with a Windows PC and an Android device.

I don't have a tablet, I have a DROID 3, but it has a micro-HDMI port.

So I have two real questions;

1) I would assume that Gingerbread has native USB mouse and keyboard support, would there be any problems with those USBs going through the KVM switch as well as the micro-USB hub?

2) Is there any reason to think that the KVM switch would not recognize a micro-HDMI to DVI converter?

I know that the DROID 3 cant support a very wide resolution, and I plan on buying a nice tablet in the future. I am just trying to see whether this has been done before and if not, what have been the obstacles.

Thanks in advance!
