Default Using Helium to backup App Data from 4.1 to 4.2?

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I want to install Chameleon OS on it, as I doubt Verizon is ever going to push out the 4.2.2 update.

However, I have a lot of games on my phone, and I wouldn't want to lose all of my save files. My current android version is 4.1.2

Could I use Helium's "App data only" backup so that I can reinstall my apps on 4.2.2 but then restore the in game data? Anyone know?

Please reply!

Thanks!
