Default Why only 80% of contacts are sync? Those newer contact entries were not sync

Hi, anyone can help me on this? Urgent.

I need to backup all my contacts in my Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos (android version 4.2.2). I tried to sync it with Google Contacts, when I opened up my Google Contacts account on my PC, only about 80% of my contacts were sync, those newer entries were not sync. This puzzled me for quite a long time. I need to backup all contacts urgently before I reset my phone back to factory setting.
Please help!!! Appreciate your guidance.

It sounds like you didn't enter the contacts as Google contacts.

If you need something quick, go into your people app, hit menu, and export your contacts to the SD card

i have also backup contacts in SD card, but how to check whether 100% of my contacts were being exported in SD card, i just worry that it is the same issue with Google Contacts.
By the way, i backup my contacts into Dropbox also...but it is the same issue as Google Contacts sync, only about 80% of the contacts were sync, those newer entries could not be sync.
