Question I'm having trouble syncing videos (Droid X)

I'm having trouble syncing videos (that I have recorded) from my Droid X to my computer. I have hooked up the USB and I have synced the videos from my droid to my windows media library using Windows media Player. However, when I go to the video tab to play them I can see their titles but there is a red x next to them saying "cannot find file." Additionally when I hook up the X as a usb mass storage device and look at the folders that should contain my videos nothing is there (when Im viewing it from my computer they are easily accesible on my droid though). Any ideas?

Default

Hook it up with Mass Storage (disk drive mode). Navigate to the DCIM folder, thats where the videos should be.
