I just got a new LG Vortex and I have been trying to move the music from my old phones SD card onto my new phone and the same goes for the pictures on the card as well, but the music is my top priority. Please help me, I'm getting frustrated and my phone is making me feel stupid

Connect old phone to computer via usb. Make a new folder on your computer, and copy everything you want from the old card to the new folder on the computer. Then connect the new phone, and drag everything from that folder onto the new card.
