Default Help with Volume and Vibrate!

I just got a Droid Comet from T-Mobile, and I can't figure out how to make it vibrate when I recieve a text, but still have the volume on for when I recieve a call. Is there a way to make this possible?

In the messaging app, hit menu-settings, and click the checkbox next to Vibrate.
