Interesting nonetheless. I have a Spotify invite, but haven't done anything with it yet. Got Google Music Beta and love it...so I don't really know if I need Spotify too.

Yep, I have both but havent really dug deep into either but all this cloud stuff does seem to have various risks associated. Certainly storage lockers are probably fine but on-demand service does plausbly pose a risk for being bad for the consumer. I really can't deny that this guy has a point.
