Is there anyway of using the bbci player app over my network connection rather than wifi?
I've got unlimited data and my connections more than fast enough. I can use wifi hotspot and watch iplayer through another device so it seems stupid not to have the option to use it through three network connection.
Maybe there is an app that fools your phone onto thinking its on a wi fi connection our any other suggestions would be appreciated.
I have a galaxy s2 by the way.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to do this. I still can't believe the BBC left that kind of functionality out of the app, it's pretty useless to me without being able to use it when mobile.

I came across this app. Felt better the bbc app to me it has bbc in one of its featured channels too and it works like a charm!
