Default music organization

Ok So here's my problem.

I added an album to my Nexus S and the entire album shows up as 25 different albums in the phone. How do I change it so that it shows up as only one album? Some of my albums do this and some don't. Why is that and who do I fix it?

Thanks in advanced for any help.

You need to change the id3 tags. The album field needs to be the same for each mp3 to show up as one album. You should be able to edit them all at the same time, not sure which operating system you use but it's easy enough to do.

If you're on Windows you should just be able to select the music you want, right click and select properties and you should be able to change the album field from one of the tabs in there. I haven't used windows for a while but I'm sure you can do it that way. If not you could use a program like mp3tag to do it.

I use a Mac with iTunes to sortcand organize my music and just drag and drop into a music file on my Nexus S.
