Syncing email help
Hi,
I'm trying to sync my school email address which basically goes
name@school.edu
I have a tmobile my touch 4g
I am told to choose an email provider... either:
Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
or
POP3/IMAP
I've tried both and can't figure it out. Can anyone walk me through this? I tried the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and it goes through. It asks me the account name and I leave the default name. Going to "Finish Setup", I get an error message. What am I doing wrong??
