ok so my andriod is no longer in service.... btu i have some videos of my son on it i want to put on my computer.... i have tried internet pass through and that didnt work.... i have also tried the disk drive.... that didnt work either.... so how do i do it?

internal memory i think.... how do i find out? this phone is a little high tech...even for me.

If you have an adaptor you can take the SD card out of the phone and read it directly from the laptop? Do you have another phone that the SD card can go into to check?

Get the USB cable from the phone's box and connect the phone to PC and select mass storage mode.
