It It either show one of my saved photots over and over again or a white aneroid logo and I delete close the app re open and they are reborn. please help!

If your device has a file manager use it to delete particular picture files. If you do not have a file manager then get Astro file manager from the Market and use it to access you SD card, find your pictures usually in a folder DCIM and delete them by long pressing the file and choosing Delete.

I have also had problems from time to time deleting photos from the Gallery delete process.
