HI all, I have just got an HTC Sensation XE on the 02 network.

It seems I am unable to send or recieve MMS messages whether i am connected to mobile network or WiFi. I have tried both at home (connected to wifi) and out and about (connected to mobile network/3G)

When I try to send one it says 'unable to send after multiple attempts, access denied'

When someone has sent me a message i get a text message from o2 saying I have been sent a multimedia message, to view go to o2.com and i have to enter my mobile number and a pin to view it. Why can't i just view it in the body of the text message??

I know there are various threads about this problem but non of them seemed to answer my problem specifically.

I'm not that technical minded so a lot of them were just confusing!!!!!!!!!!

You might ask O2 to send a SMS which set MMS settings on your phone.

T-Mobile did this for my phone.
