Default file extensions for music and ringtones on Android specific

Hello 2012 and, I have a pretty broad question. What music and ringtone types does Android support to play without adding extra apps out there?

I have a hobby music site and clients can download mp3, amr, m4a, aac files for free. I intend to add an ogg library too, so that developers can add ogg files to their livewallpapers etc.

So, which is best for Android clients in the broad spectrum when they visit my hobby music site, if per say they want to either download a full song and/or a ringtone?

Also what are the specific html attributes to add for Android for the downloads to go smoothly?
