Can you sync music from phone (thunderbolt) to galaxy tab 10.1 using google music and how? Thanks

you dont technically sync the music. You install the PC program that uploads your music from your PC to the google music cloud. Then you install the android app on whatever device you want and listen to that music.

Ok, Im not using the pc for music syncing to the tab. I have downloaded songs via website to my phone and didn't know If I could sync between my phone to my tab? But thanks for the info though!

You can dropbox them to yourself from one device to another if you don't want to use your desktop computer.

Why not just connect both phone with computer and use as USB storage mode, and then copy the music to galaxy tab?
