Default Need Help Finding a 2.1 Notification on 2.2 (audio attached)

I know this is going to be an odd request, and it may not seem like a lot to go on. I can provide any information you need, just ask and I'll do what I can to provide it. Hopefully someone can help me with this, and in the process we are successful.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Apollo (GT-i5800L), I'm with Telus. It came with 2.1 on it, and I updated it with the provided 2.2 through Samsung Kies. Before I updated to 2.2 there was a notification I used to use, after the update it was no longer available. I do not remember what it's name was. It was short, and simple, sort of a "Dada, Dada".

I have been searching online for a while now, I've downloaded media packs and gone through countless audio files trying to find the notification I used to use, and have been unsuccessful.

The real annoying thing is, this audio file is on my phone. If I go into the Clock app and use the Timer. The audio alert it plays when the timer reaches 0 is the notification I am looking for.

I do not have root access on my phone, and with the storage browsing tools I've used (with the limited access to my phones files) I have not found it.

I have added a audio recording of the alert used when the timer reaches zero, hopefully someone can help me get this audio file off my phone so I can use it for the notifications I want, or provide the file for me.

Thanks in advance.

I took a shot at making it from your provided sample. See if this does it for you -

Just in case you need to know how to use this as a notification - Make a folder on your SD Card called "notifications" (no caps or quotes), and put this mp3 in there. It should now show up as an available notification sound.

Thanks. I know how to setup custom ringtones/notifications/alerts. Re-encoding the wma to wave/mp3/ogg is something i thought of earlier, however I'm still hoping to gain access to or find a copy of the original. That way it's nice a clear and short, no extra time or air/echo.

Okay, for those who thought I was insane, I had a sudden moment of nerd clarity at 1:30am.

I can access parts of my phones storage without being rooted, and even though I've searched for this audio file a few times before it suddenly occured to me that it must be packaged within the app apk. So I extracted the audio from the Clock app apk.

And now I am once again happy. For anyone that cares, I am attaching it to this post.
