Mostly no AVRCP support

Why don't 3d party media players not support AVRCP?

The default player supports it but not the other players I've tried.
Which cause weird situation where I'm listening to a player that does not support it and then I press the play button on my bluetooth headset and I now have two songs going on at the same time. Luckily I can just stop the second by pressing the pause.
