Default Converting DVD to Mpeg4 HELP???

Hi guys,

I'm trying to convert DVD to mpeg4, I use a programe called Xilisoft, this has worked on all my previous phones, but the HTC magic wont play them?

It plays the sound but not the movie?

Can some one help me please? I'm about to pull my teeth out trying to get this to work.

Thanks in advance dudes

Shig

I use Format Factory to rip the dvds to plain mp4 format then use the iphone/ipod touch setting on handbrake and it works perfectly fills whole screen and the sound isnt distorted both programs are free.
