It took me a while to figure out what settings to use (size/fps/bitrate/profile) for re-encoding videos so that they would play with the default player on android phones.
I have written a little howto page so that other people don't have to do the same research.

I use doubletwist as it does all this for you automaticly.

I just downloaded Doubletwist yesterday but seem to be having newbie problems with some video. Doubletwist automatically imported my personal video into the library but not my Amazon videos. If I manually load them into the library and then try to play them I get a "playback has been disabled" message. Any ideas???
