What is the name of that app that you can go from side to side and take a picture.. Iphone 5 has it, im sure android market has a version of it..

A panoramic camera? There are a few apps available on Play which will do it, although most if not all phones running ICS should have the ability to take panoramic pics with the stock camera app.
