MP4 syncing (bitrate requirements)

Hi,

I have around 300 movies in mp4. The most frustrating thing is that they wont sync to my iPhone (soon to be Hero!) - due to the bitrate used to "backup" my movies. We are not talking 4/5GB per movie....more like 1-2GB, so they are not massive.

Does anyone know if I will encounter the same problem with Android/HTC Hero ??

if it plays to a psp, itll play on android, ive been converting everything to h264 mp4 with a psp converter.
