RCA video out to HTC Incredible 4g screen

Is there a way to connect an RCA video output (yellow) to the HTC Incredible 4g to view the video on the phone screen?
I have a DVD changer in my car with an RCA video output - plenty of cable converters available (RCA to micro USB, etc.), but will this work?
