Hi There!

Youtube is not working on my Chinese Android TV box(Media Player) . It crashes with error “Sorry! The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again”. Except youtube app everything work fine. I have contacted the supplier, he has provided the updated youtube app but it worked for couple of weeks and crashing again with same error. No more updates available from the supplier on the firmware/youtube app. I am thinking of upgrading the firmware with similar device IDER I7-A, But not sure if it will be 100% compatible, so before doing that I want to take the backup of existing firmware, in case I need to revert back the original firmware. Is it possible? If yes, how to do that? Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
Also I have tried for the youtube app for TV box, but not lucky to find one works for me.
