I need help deleting these files

imgur: the simple image sharer

It has a Picasa symbol but I went to my account and nothing.

Login to picasaweb.google.com from a computer and see if those albums are listed. If not goto Settings > Accounts on your phone and see what other Google accounts are logged in and login to those accounts' Picasawebs
